The State of Wisconsin requires that owners purchase a license each year for any dog(s) over 5 months of age. Licenses can be purchased from the local Clerk-Treasurer. Failure to license a dog could subject you to additional fines or fees. If you own rental properties or a mobile home park you must provide this information to all tenants.
Submit a copy of the current rabies vaccination information provided by a licensed veterinarian. The information is not retained by the township from year to year.
